Important Information

Sessions run from 6.30pm to 9.0pm on Friday evening. Please turn up at 6.15pm at the latest to set up village hall for session. Only older secondary school kids will be able to utilize the upstairs hall. All primary school kids to stay downstairs. It is important that all on-duty parents help to monitor and help the children, please ask committee member for instruction.

CAYC is run by a voluntary management committee and parents/carers of children attending are expected to assist by selling tuck and offering supervision. If the above dates are inconvenient, please arrange your own cover, ensuring that a female is on duty at all times. This is a statutory requirement.
